Everything you need to know about deliveries, IT support, and shared amenities at the San Francisco Office.
From handling food deliveries to setting up tech in meeting rooms, this guide covers essential logistics to help you navigate our office seamlessly. Be sure to follow the protocols outlined here to ensure smooth coordination and facility support.
Food deliveries should be coordinated directly with the recipient. Please ensure the appropriate boxes are checked and a note is included in your delivery app settings.
Guidelines:
Let the delivery person know we are on the 9th floor.
Avoid leaving deliveries unattended in shared areas.
If you are ordering catering for a meeting or event on premises, please coordinate catering requests with Bailey Rogers (bailey@inkhouse.com).
Let’s do our best to keep our space as clean and enjoyable as possible! Treat it like you would your own home, or as if you are a guest in someone else’s home. Some expectations of sharing this space include:
Washing your dishes
No one likes seeing or touching someone else’s old dishes / food, ew.
Throw away your trash
Let’s be classy, not trashy.
Leave all desks clear when you leave
Unfortunately this is not your home office, it’s our community so no desk is titled to anyone.
Do not take home any of the equipment
Chargers, mice, keyboards etc, these belong to everyone so should not be catching a ride home with you.
There is a charging station in the back corner to plug everything in to charge before you head out.
Take ownership
If there is a spill or quick fix that you see, please help us out and take on that task rather than waiting for someone else to deal with it.
If you are the last to leave, please run the dishwasher!
Meeting rooms are available for internal meetings, client calls, and hybrid collaboration.
How to Book:
There are five conference rooms that can be reserved through Google Calendar.

Start and end meetings on time.
Reservations are for meetings with groups of people.

Reset the room after use.

The Mother’s Room is labeled “Wellness Room” in the tenant lounge, and has a sliding sign outside to mark as available or occupied
You will get special access to the Tenant Lounge on the 1st Floor
There is a lounge chair and mini fridge inside, please keep in mind this room is available to the whole building.
To book the Mother’s Room, add the calendar and create a block for yourself. More in the room booking guide (above)!
2x per week in office is the expectation (3x for Associates)
We're operating on the honor system right now but have noticed some people falling off and want to see everyone recommit to consistent attendance
2x per week means two full days (which is 8 hours)
starting early and leaving early within reason is fine - but coming in at lunch for 3 hours and jetting mid-afternoon defeats the purpose
Exceptions to this policy requires approval from Kate or Anne
