Overview

Our health (medical, dental and vision) insurance provider is Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Blue Cross Blue Shield is widely recognized as the leading national health insurance carrier in the United States. They are known for consistently having high-quality healthcare services, and an expansive network of providers, hospitals, and medical professionals. 

Dental benefits coverage, along with Medical and Vision, is effective on the date of hire. Dental, along with medical and vision benefits, are administered by Anthem BCBS Dental with Orthodontia.

Dental insurance covers only dental care and is separate from medical insurance. Our coverage includes orthodontia coverage for children up to age 18. Orchestra's dental insurance provider is Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.

**Group number for medical, dental and vision insurance are the same

Register on the Anthem BCBS web portal to create an account. Within your account on the portal, you can: keep your records up to date; print a temporary ID card; request a new card if your card gets lost or misplaced; find a physician; and access other general information about your insurance. 

• To log into the BCBS portal:

  • Go to https://www.anthem.com/login/ and register using your Member ID and Group ID information. If you do not have this information, please contact HR@orchestraco.com.

• To download a temporary ID card:

  • Login to https://www.anthem.com/login/ 

  • Once you’re signed in, click on “Request ID Card” and “Print” to get a copy of your card now and/or “Submit” to receive a new card in the mail.

• If you choose just dental insurance, you will receive a dental card from Anthem. If you also have medical and vision, this will be included on one card. You can print an ID card through the Anthem online portal.

• Finding a Dentist: Once registered at anthem.com, you can easily search for a dentist for the services you need.
