Building Entry

• Enter the lobby at 4365 and go to the elevator bank for floors 1-5 - if the iPad isn’t illuminated, just tap the screen and select floor 5.  The door will remain unlocked during business hours.

Hours of Access

• You will need a key to access the office suite and a keycard to access the building after hours (after 6 pm). Both will be provided to you. 

Keycard / Access Instructions

• Employees should use their assigned keycard or access credentials to enter office areas. Please contact the Office Manager if you experience any access issues.

Parking

• Download the ParkWhiz app and follow the instructions pinned in the #sandiegans Slack Channel 

  • For your first day, the app won't work, please take a ticket for the garage and we will validate it for you and get you set up with Park Whiz

• Park in the East Parking Garage for 4365 (situated closest to the Executive Way entrance, not Genesse Dr.) and enter through the Monthly Parking entrance. You’ll use the ParkWhiz app to open the gate. 

• Guest parking is available for a fee, there is also street parking available 

Closing Up

• If you are the last to leave, please close the door behind you, it will automatically lock. 

• If someone with an office key is not in the office with you, send a note to The Plaza (theplaza@irvinecompany.com) to request that security come lock the door. 

• Our office provides two separate Wi-Fi networks to ensure optimal performance, security, and ease of use for all staff and guests.

  • Only laptops should be on the internal wifi

    • Name: Inkhouse – Internal

    • Password: SD!nkhouse4365

  • Guest computers, all phones, TV's, Ipads, should be on the guest wifi
