Let’s do our best to keep our space as clean and enjoyable as possible! Treat it like you would your own home or as if you are a guest in someone else’s home.
From handling food deliveries setting up tech in meeting rooms, this guide covers essential logistics to help you navigate our office seamlessly. Be sure to follow the protocols outlined here to ensure smooth coordination and facility support.
Some expectations of sharing this space are listed below.
Food deliveries should be coordinated directly with the recipient. For all personal couriers or food deliveries, you must meet the delivery person in the building lobby downstairs. Please ensure the appropriate boxes are checked and a note is included in your delivery app settings.
Guidelines:
Meet delivery personnel in the lobby.
Avoid leaving deliveries unattended in shared areas.
Treat the office like your home. We are all adults and all responsible for the cleanliness of the office. It is not one person's job. To maintain a collaborative and professional environment:
Wash your dishes
No one likes seeing or touching someone else’s old dishes/food (ew). Rinse dishes before loading the dishwasher.
Do not put food down the drain
Old pipes!
Clean out/wipe the sink
Do everyone a favor by wiping out the sink or washing down teeny food bits.
Empty/load the dishwasher
We’re responsible for this! If it’s clean, please empty it.
The last person to leave on Wednesday AND Thursday nights is responsible for running the dishwasher.
Throw away your trash
Please use the compost to dispose of food scraps and food soiled paper towels and compostable items!
Turn off the lights!
If you are the last to leave, please turn off the lights in the main office area and also in The Ring conference room. All other rooms are on timers.
Close the door on your way out
If you are the last person to leave, please shut the door behind you. It automatically locks.
Take ownership
If there is a spill or quick fix that you see, please help us out and take on that task rather than waiting for someone else to deal with it. If you are the last to leave, please run the dishwasher!
There’s a broom in the back storage closet connected to the big conference room and some cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink if needed.
Meeting rooms are available for internal meetings, client calls, and hybrid collaboration. Please book a conference room when you know you’ll need to have a sensitive (or quiet) conversation or want to join colleagues IRL (instructions below). Otherwise we encourage everyone to take calls at your desk so conference rooms can be utilized for sensitive or group meetings.

Start and end meetings on time.
