Shape culture-forward initiatives, surfacing employee needs
Collaborate with the Culture Team to advance equity and inclusion.
All staff may join an ERG either as:
Core Members: Individuals who self-identify with the ERG’s focus.
Allies: Advocates and supporters of the group’s goals.
To join an ERG, please reach out to the leads (listed below) to be added to the Slack channel and calendar invites for meetings and events.
The API ERG's mission is to create a safe space for API colleagues to have conversations around issues that matter to us and our shared communities. Our primary focus is recognizing our shared experiences as API individuals navigating predominantly white spaces in the workplace and beyond. We strive to ensure that everyone feels seen, heard, supported and valued both inside and outside of work.
