Workstations

There are no desk assignments! Desks are available on a first come, first served basis. Monitors, laptop shelves, Bluetooth keyboard and Bluetooth mice are all available for use.

• • Leave all desks clear when you leave. Unfortunately this is not your home office, it’s our community so no desk is assigned to anyone.

  • Do not take home any of the equipment. Chargers, mice, keyboards etc., belong to everyone so should not be catching a ride home with you.

Meeting Rooms

There are 4 meeting rooms that can be booked on Google Calendar and are available for internal meetings, client calls, and hybrid collaboration. There is one room (Orca) that does not have video conferencing capabilities (see diagram).

Kitchen

We have a kitchen complete with microwaves, a coffee machine,  a toaster, a refrigerator and water machine for both hot and cold filtered water.

Mother's Room

• The Mother’s Room is the 2nd conference room from the entry, named Evergreen (see diagram).

Printing/Mailroom

• There is one printer that can be accessed by connecting to the Wi-Fi.
