You can mix and match fitness (like yoga, cycling, pilates, HIIT, and boxing), wellness (like massage, acupuncture, and meditation), and even salon/spa services. Orchestra covers 8 credits per month at no cost to you, with options to buy more credits at discounted employee rates.

Already a ClassPass member? Select “Have an existing account” and request to switch to your company’s corporate plan at your next billing cycle. The ClassPass Customer Service Team is best equipped to merge accounts quickly and securely. If your accounts aren’t successfully merged through Customer Support, please submit a request through the ClassPass Troubleshooting Form for additional assistance.

📢 Note Regarding ClassPass Trial & Automatic Renewal
When you sign up for the ClassPass benefit, please be aware of the following:
Your free trial will automatically convert into a paid membership on the renewal date unless you cancel or change your plan beforehand.
ClassPass typically sends a reminder before your trial ends, but it’s your responsibility to downgrade or cancel in your account settings if you don’t wish to be billed.
Any unused trial credits do not roll over when the membership renews. For more info, please go to [TBD]
To avoid unexpected charges, check your billing and plan settings well before your trial cycle ends. For questions about enrollment or billing, visit the ClassPass Help Center or contact HR at hr@orchestraco.com.
Important: If your company email address changes, you must update the email on your ClassPass account so it matches your new company email. This ensures your account remains eligible for the Orchestra corporate ClassPass benefit.
You can update your email in either of the following ways:
• Log into ClassPass.com and update your email in your Account Settings
• Contact the ClassPass Customer Experience team and request that they update the email on your account
