Regular full-time employees may elect to begin 401(k) contributions at any time, after the 1st of the month following their hire. For regular part-time employees, following successful completion of 1,000 hours of full-time employment (as calculated by the IRS).
Interns, seasonal and temporary employees are not eligible for this program. If you are promoted from a non eligible role, you will become eligible on the effective date of the promotion.

Designate your beneficiary.
Beneficiaries did not transfer to Fidelity—be sure to add your beneficiary.
The IRS 2026 retirement plan contribution limits are:
Employee elective deferral limit: $24,500
Combined employee + employer contribution limit: $72,000
Catch-up contribution (age 50-69) (64+): up to $8,000 for a total of $32,500
"Super catch-up" contribution (ages 60–63): Up to $11,250 for a total of $35,750
To update or change your contributions, head to 401k.com and make changes directly with Fidelity.

Changes to your bonus contribution and additional (bonus) contribution should not be made directly in Fidelity.

Orchestra offers a Safe Harbor 401(k) Plan to support your retirement savings. The company will match 100% of the first 4% of your compensation that you contribute to the plan. Contributions are always 100% vested, meaning they belong to you immediately. You can make pre-tax Deferral Contributions or after-tax Roth Contributions up to the IRS annual limit, with additional catch-up contributions allowed if you’re age 50 or older. To participate, simply set up your contributions through Fidelity Investments. Withdrawals and loans may be available under certain conditions, including reaching age 59½, hardship, or military service.
