This assignment is an example of a correspondence log which we were tasked to complete throughout our mentor meetings for our Engineering Design and Development Class. We were to jot down the date, follow up date, and notes taken from the mentor meeting. In doing this, we kept track of what was being said in the mentor meeting and ensuring maximum efficiency and effort is being made. The mentor for the RMW team was Sagar Patel, a system safety Engineer. We began our meetings with Mr. Patel on March 13, 2024. Meetings were held once a week for 1 hour and 20 minutes. I have chosen this specific assignment because of the various assignments this attaches to and also because of our success in this assignment. The RMW team were successful in meeting with Mr. Patel at least once a week throughout the rest of the project. Mr. Patel continuously questioned us throughout our thinking process to engage and enhance our thinking. Providing us with thoughtful insights and information to make it possible to create a prototype for this capstone project. For this reason, I have chosen this assignment as a glow assignment. I can look back on this assignment and be proud of our entire group in being able effectively communicate our ideas and enhance it to it's fullest capabilities with the help of our mentor. 

This assignment is an example of a mid year presentation which we were tasked with completing for our Design and Development Class. This presentation was presented in front of our principal, staff, and board members of the Orange district. We needed to present our problem and solution to our problem as a viable one that has potential for growth. I have chosen this presentation as a grow assignment, one I can look back on and grown upon. This presentation contained introductions of the team, problem statement, our survey results, current products, our idea, and our mentor. Although we were successful in displaying all the information in the google slides. I found that I especially found myself struggling with a lack of confidence and my overall presenting skills. For this reason, I have used this assignment as a means of a stepping stone to push for success for our end of year presentation. Through this experience, I have found success through consistent practice and repetition of the presentation. In addition, I did further extensive research to fully immerse myself in the information and feel confident displaying it. To conclude, I have utilized this experience to further enhance my presentation skills and become successful in the end of year presentation.
