This assignment was gathering evidence in order to prepare us for the Child Labor debate. This assignment was introduced after we learned about the Industrial revolution and the effects children had on it. During the Industrial revolution, due to the poverty of the majority of families; Children were sent to go work in these factories with inhuman conditions. It was common for children to get serious injuries both internally and externally. In this debate, we were gonna defend and go against child labor. We gathered 2 quotes and an explanation from 5 different sources for both sides. In this debate, I was able to successfully defend child labor by using the evidence I gathered from this assignment.
