This assignment was the gathering of information to defend the argument that religion and state should be separated or combined. In this assignment, we needed to get 2 quotes and an explanation to those two quotes from 5 different sources. We did this for both sides of the debate. We then wrote a paragraph stance which we would use to defend the separation or combination of religion and state. In this assignment, we gather all this information to prepare us for the debate which occurred next class. I am particularly proud of this assignment as I was able to gather enough information for both sides of the debate. It was not an easy assignment as we needed specific evidence in real life that could back up the argument. In the debate, I was able to win my side of debating for the separation of church and state.
