When you are finished with all the items on your checklist, have your supervisor sign both pages. After your supervisor has signed, please scan both pages into a single .PDF file and email the file to your supervisor and to hr@nkyhealth.org with the subject line "Annual Required Training Checklist." Be sure to save a copy so you can update your transcript in MyPURPOSE as soon as "Frankfort" gives you access.
Complete your training in MyPURPOSE and TRAIN. The following list is to help you keep track of the items you need to complete but the materials should be on your transcript in MyPURPOSE. (Exception: The modules that you complete in TRAIN will not appear on your transcript.) Look for "NKY Health YYYY-YYYY Annual Compliance Training and Update" on your active transcript.
Good News! There is no need to print or submit a checklist. MyPURPOSE automatically tracks your progress and transcript for you, making record-keeping simple.
