MyPURPOSE is the Commonwealth of Kentucky's official Talent Management System. While the state uses it for various functions, NKY Health purchases an annual subscription specifically for our employees to access its valuable Learning Management System (LMS) component, known as "Commonwealth U."
Commonwealth U is your portal for training and professional development. We encourage you to use this system to access and complete a wide variety of courses, including:
Required Training: All mandatory annual compliance and other essential job-related training.
Professional Development: Courses that support your goals for growth, skill-building, and career advancement within NKY Health.
Personal Enrichment: Feel free to explore and complete training that meets your personal interests when you are not on work time.
Accessing Courses:
You can conveniently access Commonwealth U from your work computer, and, with the necessary technology and approvals, from home as well.
A Note on Course Content:
MyPURPOSE hosts a vast library of training modules uploaded by multiple contributors. You will find that the styles and approaches vary widely.
To easily identify the content most relevant to our organization, look for modules that begin with "NKY Health" in the file name.
NKY Health also utilizes high-quality modules from other contributors as part of our comprehensive training curriculum.
