History of Employee Satisfaction Surveys at NKY Health
NKY Health used to contract with Best Places to Work in Kentucky in order to take advantage of their survey tool and analysis.
The survey questions were mostly generalized to all employers participating in the surveys and the survey reports included only summary data and limit cross indicator or multi-variant analysis.
When NKY Health gained the expertise to gather and analyze data on its own, we switched to our own internal employee satisfaction surveys that could be tailored to our own needs.
