KHRIS (Kentucky Employees Human Resources Information System)
About KHRIS
The Kentucky Human Resources Information System (KHRIS) is the system the Commonwealth of Kentucky uses to track information and pay its employees (similar to the way NKY Health uses ADP's Workforce Now.)
The Department of Employee Insurance (DEI) uses one part of KHRIS to track employee information and insurance enrollments including Group Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, waivers, and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) under the Kentucky Employee Health Plan (KEHP) .
Because NKY Health subscribes to this plan, eligible employees must maintain an account in KHRIS and KHRIS must be updated any time an employee's personal information or dependent's information (address, name, SSNO (for a newborn)) changes.
