Anthem is the TPA for non-prescription Medical benefits.
Caremark is the TPA for Pharmacy benefits. Contact them to learn more about pharmacies that are covered, prescriptions that are on the formulary, etc.
Castlight is the new TPA for Wellness. Contact them to learn more about the Livingwell promise, health screenings, redeeming points, etc. The LivingWell Promise will be fulfilled by taking the Castlight Health Assessment.
Smart Shopper is the TPA for Transparency. Use them to compare costs of medical services and possibly to get cash rebates for scheduling services through them.
WageWorks (now HealthEquity) is the TPA for COBRA (Consolidated Omnibus Reconciliation Act). Contact them if you are interested in extending eligible insurance benefits beyond the date they end.
