It happens to the best of us! If you ever find yourself locked out of ADP's Workforce Now (WFN), you should be able to get right back in by simply selecting "Reset Password" and following the steps. It's usually a quick fix you can handle all on your own, no need to contact HR or Payroll.
But if that doesn't do the trick, no worries! Just send an email to payroll@nkyhealth.org, and they'll be happy to help you out.
