Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

We know that life can be challenging, and sometimes we all need a little extra support. That's why we offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to help you and your family navigate some of life's hurdles. Our EAP is a free, confidential resource designed to help you work through short-term challenges.

As a full-time or part-time merit system employee, you have access to up to eight free, one-hour counseling sessions each fiscal year (July 1st to June 30th). You can use these sessions for yourself or for any family member living in your home.

Your privacy is our top priority. All sessions are completely confidential, and NKY Health will never know who used the EAP or what was discussed. You're welcome to use these benefits anytime after your hire date.

If you find that you need more support after using your eight sessions, please don't hesitate to reach out to the HR Manager. We're here to help you find additional resources.

Our current EAP provider is St. Elizabeth Healthcare. They offer both in-person and virtual visits to fit your needs.
