NKY Health offers financial support for eligible tuition and fees. Here's a quick look at the details:
Maximum Award: NKY Health pays up to $5,200 per employee per calendar year (January 1 through December 31).
Limit: This assistance is available to as many as 7 employees each calendar year.
Payment Method: Once your request is approved, NKY Health pays the approved amount directly to the accredited school. You will need to work with your school to ensure an invoice for the approved fees is sent to NKY Health.
Please note that the payment is initially treated as a loan. While this loan is typically forgiven, it must be repaid under certain circumstances, which are outlined in the policy.

We encourage you to take advantage of our Tuition Assistance Program! Getting started is easy and begins with an email to Human Resources.
Please send an email to hr@nkyhealth.org to accomplish two key things:
Secure Your Place: This email serves to secure your place on the waitlist, especially since the benefit is limited to 7 employees per calendar year.
Request Application Form: This notifies HR that you need the official "Tuition Assistance Application" form.
Upon receiving your email, Human Resources will initiate an electronic form for you to complete.
You will receive the form and should complete it electronically.
Once you submit your completed form, it will be automatically routed for the necessary signatures.
Once your application is fully approved, you will receive a copy of the final approval along with an accompanying memo.
Action Needed: You must provide this approval copy and memo to your school.
School's Action: This documentation enables your school to submit an invoice directly to NKY Health for payment of the approved tuition and fees.
