We constantly measure our organization to ensure we meet or exceed the rigorous standards we’ve set for ourselves, allowing us to provide our best to the public we serve. To maintain these high standards and ensure consistency across the agency, all QI initiatives must undergo a formal review process. Below you will find three forms to submit/nominate QI projects in your work unit/department/division. Refer to the descriptions to determine which form to use.
For quick projects that take a few hours or less.
For projects that take more than a few hours but are relatively small in scope and affect a limited number of staff.
For projects that may take weeks or months to complete and require a substantial amount of staff time or resources.
