Workers Compensation

All NKY Health employees are covered by Workers Compensation insurance.  

Keep the card you receive (blue-and-white, the size of a credit card) in your wallet or on your person at all times. If you are ever injured or become ill as a result of a work-related incident/exposure and need to seek medical attention as a result, you will need to present this card to the provider at the time of service. While this card does not guarantee payment of a Workers’ Compensation claim, it does facilitate the billing and collections process. Should the card become lost, contact HR for a replacement.
