Artist Statement:
In this artwork, it reflects how memories are the foundation of who we are and how life would be when living in a constant state of uncertainty. It has brought me to wonder if the memories that we have, are built in a reality that may soon be forgotten.
I find it very important for students to find their own self-identity, especially through memories. Through this work, Eryn investigates how personal history and memories are tied to place as well as time and visual representation to communicate experience. - Kenneth Pek
