Artist Statement:
My work is about me and Georgia playing badminton. We both like badminton and we are good at it. I enjoyed making the artwork. My favorite part of the artwork is the name tags. I like using digital art.
This work is part of a digital art assignment where students were tasked to use basic shapes to create a work about an activity they enjoy. Cherish did an excellent job in adopting the use of shapes as seen through how she adjusted the sizes and even angles of the shapes to form various subject matters. This artwork also showcases her eye for detail such as the girls’ name tags and fans at the corners. - Ms Nurul Naqiyyah

Henri Matisse (1869- 1954)
