Artist Statement:

This artwork depicts destruction of humanity as Mother Nature takes over civilisation. The muted colours of buildings represent human emotions while the creeping plants that wrapped around them portray “humans” being swallowed up. The creeping plants around the buildings give an abandoned look which complements the dark colours on the peeled paint walls.

Felicia loves to explore different mediums to bring out details in her work. She enjoys subject matter that is related to nature and the environment. - Ms Gayatri Devi Kumar
