Smashed Chicken Tacos
Ingredients:
Chicken
1lb of ground chicken
1 tsp of chicken bouillon
1 tsp of onion powder and garlic powder
1/4 tsp of black pepper
1/8 tsp of salt
Servings per taco
4 oz of chicken
1 Low carb tortilla
2 tbsp of skinny girl Caesar dressing
14g of Kooshy Croutons
7g of Parmesan Cheese
Recipe:
Prep the chicken: add in chicken bouillon, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper and salt into groud chicken.
Add 4 oz of seasoned chicken onto a tortilla, evenly spread it over the tortilla. Place it on a hot pan, meat side down. Cook until the chicken is fully done and flip over to heat up and brown the tortilla.
Once done, place it on a taco holder to keep its shape, top off with Romain lettuce, croutons, caesar dressing and parmesan cheese.
