1lb of shrimp (Peeled, deveined and tail off)
1/2 cup of lime juice (for “cooking”)
2 Medium Size Tomatoes (diced)
1 small red onion (diced)
1/3 cup of chopped cilantro (finely chopped)
1/4 cup of chopped mint (finely chopped)
3/4 tsp of salt (to taste)
1 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2-3 tbsp of ketchup
1/2 lime juice (optional)
Recipe:
Slice shrimp into bite size pieces
Add shirmp to a bowl with 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice. Let it "cook" in the fridge for 30-60 minitues until theyre an opaque pink.
After cooking in lime, drain the lime juice and add in the diced tomatoes & onions, chopped cilantro & mint along with salt, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, ketchup and fresh lime juice (optinal).
Give it a good mix and its ready to serve and enjoy!
