Ingredients
6 cups of warm water
1 cup of long grain rice
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 can of evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 large cinnamon or 2 small cinnamon sticks
1 cup of boba with 1 tbsp of sugar
Recipe:
Horchata
In a bowl add in the water, rice and cinnamon sticks. Let it rest for at least 4 hours or over night in the fridge.
After soaking, place the ingredents into a blender and blend for about 45 seconds.
Using a cheese cloth strain the rice water.
Add in the can of sweetened condenced milk, evaporated milk and vanilla.
Bobba:
Add 2 cups of water let it come to boil and add in 1 cup of dried bobba and let it boil for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let it sit for another 5 minutes.
Strain the bobba and drop it into cold water.
Strain again and add 1 tbsp of sugar onto the bobba.
Bobba Horchata:
Scoop some bobba into a cup and add in horchta. Enjoy!
