Buttermilk Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 cups (280g) All purpose flour
1/4 cup (62g) of natural cane sugar
2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
3/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of vanilla
3 1/2 (50g) tbsp of melted butter
2 cups of buttermilk
2 eggs

In a bowl add in all the dry ingredients (AP flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt) mix well.
In another bowl add in the wet ingredients (Buttermilk, melted butter, eggs and vanilla) mix well.
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Place butter on a hot griddle over medium heat and add the pancake batter over it. When the edges change color and the batter bubbles up, its time to flip.
Garnish with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
