Personal Development

The Leigh Academy hosted colleagues from numerous Leigh Acadamies Trust schools to showcase our Personal Development curriculum. As well as having a chance to visit some of our Healthy Minds lessons, there were student presentations from students who took part in the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme, students who had anti-bullying training for the Diana Award and Student Voice representatives.

Our visitors were impressed with the range of opportunities that are available to Leigh Academy students and the quality of student presentations.
