Welcome to the International School of Phnom Penh. ISPP is a very special place; with 50 different nationalities represented, we are truly an international school. We all know what it’s like to be the new person and, consequently, teachers, students and families are welcomed and acclimated in a friendly, helpful fashion. ISPP celebrates a rich history from our humble beginnings in 1989 to our current three-programme IB school with a worldwide reputation for excellence in education. This is not a coincidence. It has come about from the visionary leadership of passionate Board members combined with committed and dedicated staff who always put the learning needs of their students first. Over the years, many excellent teachers have made a significant contribution to the academic and social evolution of our school. ISPP has a group of very switched-on certified teaching professionals from across the globe, and a worldwide reputation for academic excellence.

As an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, we provide a rigorous, high calibre academic programme for students of all ages. We offer the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) for Kindergarten through Grade 5; IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) for Grades 6 through 10; and the two-year, pre-university, IB Diploma Programme in Grades 11 and 12. These three programmes, which dovetail with one another, are the curriculum framework at ISPP. The IB is recognised worldwide for its high-quality educational standards and practices.
