Founded in 1989, ISPP is a private, not-for-profit, non-sectarian day school authorised by Cambodia’s Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport. Governed by the ISPP Parent Association through the Board of Trustees, ISPP provides a world-class international education for nearly 900 students from around 50 countries. The school’s approximately 125 full-time and part-time teaching staff represent 31 countries, with most educators coming from USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and Cambodia. All teachers are certified, and many hold advanced degrees.
ISPP has been fully authorised as an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School since 2004, offering all three IB programmes, including the IB Diploma Programme in Grades 11 and 12. Accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and a member of the East Asia Regional Council of Schools (EARCOS), the Council of International Schools (CIS), ISPP is dedicated to academic excellence. With a focus on personalised learning, ISPP maintains a small student-to-teacher ratio and limits class sizes to 22-24 students.
The school also supports students’ diverse learning needs through a Learning Support Programme for those with mild learning needs, a comprehensive English as an Additional Language (EAL) programme, and an extensive Mother Tongue Programme to nurture linguistic diversity. Through these programs, ISPP fosters well-rounded development, global citizenship, and a supportive, inclusive environment for all students.
ISPP offers a robust After School Programme with nearly 40 weekly activities, engaging students of all ages in sports, arts, and other areas of interest. ISPP’s sports teams are active within Phnom Penh (International Schools Association of Phnom Penh - ISSAP) and in the region (Mekong River International Schools Association - MRISA).
