We considered how different types of communities rely on water and the impact that it has on the lives of those who live there.
Water played an important part in the lives of people as it helps for food and drinking but it was also a big part of people's jobs and for travel a long time ago.

The text allowed us to see how water travels through cities, countryside, the mountains, how people use water before ending up in the ocean.
The main characters in this text are Bertie, his mother and father and there is also a white lion cub.
