Work Samples and Assignments

TK-8th grade students must submit 1 work samples before the end of each learning period, the work sample must relate to one of the following subjects:

• Mathematics

• Science

• Social Science

• Language Arts

High school students (9th-12th grade) must submit 1 work sample per course listed on the signed Master Agreement.

Please make sure that all work samples submitted to your CST have the following on or within the work sample:

• Student full name

• Student grade level

• Subject
