Getting Started Checklist

Master Agreements are sent from enroll@heartwoodcharterschool.org for digital signature.  They must be signed by the parent/guardian, CST and student on or before the first day of instruction at Heartwood Charter School

Please complete the list of items below by August 25, 2026, or your child’s first day of enrollment:

• Master Agreement- this will be sent out to you for electronic signature; it must be signed on or before your child's first official date at Heartwood. 

• CAASPP/CAST/PFT assessment acknowledgment- if you have a child enrolling in grades 3-8, please complete this.  If you have additional questions pertaining to these assessments, please email enroll@heartwoodcharterschool.org

• Media Release Waiver

• SB 167 Tiered Reengagement Communication - please fill out

• SB 167 and SB 130 Parent Presentation - please review

• Ordering Acknowledgment- 

• Onsite Waiver
