Field Trips

We are very excited to have field trips this year for those enrolled in our Homeschool program.

All attendees must register and pay for participation through the Brown Paper Ticket event link before placing an order in the OPS system. Funds can be used for student admission only. Orders submitted through OPS that can not be matched to a Brown Paper Ticket registration will be held and not honored until the BPT registration has been completed

Students must attend the field trip with a parent/guardian/chaperone over the age of 18 years old.

Heartwood Charter School does not profit from the field trips provided. The cost to attend covers the venue/tour fee and any fees added on by Brown Paper Tickets.

Funds may not be used for parent/guardian, chaperone, family or siblings to attend.  All attendees other than the student must pay out of pocket for participation.

*Please understand that if you register for a field trip you are expected to attend and that we have limited spots for most of our field trips.

Field Trip Order Cancellation Policy:

• Field trip orders can only be canceled and refunded for family emergencies.  The only exception to this is if the field trip has a waitlist
