How to request counseling services at Heartwood without an IEP:

Email sped@heartwoodcharterschool.org with the following information and we can provide 30 minute weekly virtual sessions for students and/or parents to support those in need:

• Student Name

• Parent Name

• CST or Class Teacher name

• Reason for needing support (this is private information and can not be shared per HIPPA and FERPA laws)

A signed release will be sent to the parent (depending on student's age, those who are 13 years of age and older do not require parent consent) before services start
