Learning Period Requirements

In an effort to streamline the collection of required items at the end of each learning period we have created a form that must be filled out for each student in your family enrolled at Heartwood Charter School. The forms are specific to the Learning Period; Heartwood will send out the form via Parent Square and your CST will supply them to you as well.  Within the form you will be completing the following: submitting attendance, uploading work samples and logging PE minutes.

The form must be filled out within 3 days of the learning period ending or we will enact the Truancy Policy.
