Music

Mr.Sheahan was our music teacher.

We learned about the different instruments that compose an orchestra. We listened to each branch of instrument i.e woodwind or brass, and got to know the sounds.

As I already chose music for my Junior Cert, I had an advantage in grasping the concepts better. Mr.Sheahan divided the room into two; half of us that studied music for Junior Cert, and the other half who did not. It was easier to delegate work this way.

We were thought how modulate already existing melodies, aswell as pick better chords for the box question.

Finally, we were asked to complete two presentations; one based on Ethnic music (we got German) and another presentation on different arrangements of a song.
