I want to do Home-EC for Leaving Cert, as I really enjoyed every single aspect of it for Junior Cert!
Ms.N.Daly thought us about the essential nutrients needed for our bodies to grow and function; protein, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and water.
Every week, we cooked/baked a dish. My partner for the term was Bobby, and most of the time we divided the ingredients and shared dishes.
Some examples of what we cooked/baked were;
Chicken noodle soup
Fruit smoothie
Spaghetti and Meatballs
Pizza
Apple tart
Lasagne
We were given 3 classes to complete each dish. This was sufficient time to do so.
My favourite dish was the pizza, as it tasted the best.
