If you would like to volunteer during our classroom reading block, and have an approved background check, you can sign up to volunteer HERE. It automatically sends me an email when you sign up so there is no need to tell me as well. When you arrive to volunteer, stop in the office to sign in and grab a visitor badge before you come to the classroom. You will need to return the badge and sign out when you leave.

If you would like to work on math at home, page 41-42 in your child's pink math notebook cover current skills.
With the busy week I forgot to take a lot of photos! However, I did remember to take some during math time. We've been talking about skip counting by 2s, doubles, and even vs odd numbers. This is a game called "Grab Bag Doubles" that the kids really enjoyed. This is also something you could easily replicate with objects at home!
