Responsabilities

The responsibilities of the Vice President in Charge of STEP are varied.

First and foremost, the VP is in charge of the STEP area and programme. However, other commonly unknown responsibilities refer to the following areas:

• Professional Development; 

• External Relations; and 

• Association Management

With these in mind, it is important that VP STEPs not only focus on their own area but also on the association as a whole and specifically working with Presidents and the other Key Areas regarding external relations and professional development respectively.
