External Relations
President is responsible for the external relations of the National or Local Group. This term covers a number of activities, which can be distinguished:
Planning the development of the organisation in the area of external relations,
Maintaining contact with current partners,
Searching for and conducting negotiations with potential partners,
Regular evaluation of cooperation,
Providing support for the Association's projects.
Therefore, this work requires skills of strategic thinking, negotiation, effective communication, public speaking, efficient time management, task delegation. President works with all members of the Board to cover the various needs of the organisation:
IM: external support for the training system, increasing the attractiveness of membership by diversifying the offer of exclusive benefits,
FM: ongoing control of revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability,
MKT: image presentation, appropriate communication strategy, creating promotional plans,
Key Areas: diverse support for projects and initiatives.
