Knowledge Management & Communication

Knowledge Management refers to the collection and passing on of knowledge. This is vital for the survival and development of any business or organisation. In ELSA, we have various ways of collecting and sharing knowledge such as handbooks and tutorials. 

Most importantly, all ELSA Groups should have a transition period in which the current executive board shares all their knowledge as well as tips and tricks with their successors.

Additionally, the International Board of ELSA, as well as many National Groups, offer a coaching system in which Groups are paired with a member of the executive body or other experienced officers who can provide assistance.
