When you use word "Network" referring to members of ELSA, capitalise it.
When you use word "Officers" referring to Board members, capitalise it.
Names of the areas e.g. Marketing, Academic Activities, Key Areas, shall always be capitalised.

Names of the projects e.g. ELSA Webinars Academy on Forest Law shall always be capitalised.
When you refer to Local or National Groups of ELSA, capitalise them.
When you use phrase "Strategic Goals" referring to Strategic Goals of ELSA document, capitalise it.
Make sure you use British English in your texts (pay special attention on using "s" instead of "z" e.g., "organisation" instead of "organization").
If you want to use abbreviations in your text, make sure you explained what it stands for at the beginning.
Remember not to put "-" between "Vice" and "President".
When you describe Vice President, use the phrase "in charge of". When you describe Director or Assistant, use "for".
When you refer to the members of the IB, use the phrase "of the International Board of ELSA" not "ELSA International" e.g., President of the International Board of ELSA.
When you refer to the members of the ELSA International Team, use the phrase "of ELSA International" e.g., Assistant for Human Rights of ELSA International.
You can use "ELSAfully yours" as a greeting in the emails.
