Build a bridge challenge

Today's STEM challenge is to design and build a paper bridge.

Rules:

  • The bridge must span (go across) a gap between 2 stacks of books.

  • The gap must be at least 15cm.

  • The bridge must be able to hold weights. Sstart small and see how much your bridge can hold)

  • The paper can be folded or twisted.

  • The ruler cannot be used in the bridge structure.
