Wilma is a website through which students receive and are informed about matters related to teaching arrangements and school life in general. Students use Wilma e.g. for making their course choices. Students have an obligation to regularly (i.e., on a daily basis) read the information sent via Wilma. Each student gets their own username and password for Wilma.
The guardian of a student under the age of 18 receives their own Wilma usernames and passwords. Guardians can communicate with the group teachers and subject teachers through Wilma and also follow their child's performance in different subjects. Absence from a lesson will be marked in Wilma. The guardian or a student over the age of 18 is obliged to clarify the reason for the absence to Wilma. When students turn 18, guardians' username and password stop funtioning, but students can allow guardians access to Wilma by ticking a box in Wilma form: Student's registration information and permissions.
