There in many good universities in Ireland. Some are very competative (Trinity college programmes often require 39 - 45 IB points), but there are plenty of universities with lower requirements.

You can use CAO course search or Qualifax. If you use Qualifax, you need to tick Course type "Higher education CAO".
Typically university courses are level 8 courses, but there are some courses available on level 6 and 7.
You can apply to 10 level 8 courses and 10 level 6 and 7 courses: in total 20 universities courses in preference order.
