Germany offers higher education at Universities (Universität) or higher education with vocational focus (Fachhochschule)

There are some Bachelor's programmes available in English, search for programs below:
DAAD- Bachelor's programmes taught in English .
No tuition fees in public institutions, but private universites charge 10 000-20 000 euros/year.
Many fields accept all applicants that fulfill the acceptance criteria but there are also programs with restricted intake (numerus clausus). These programs may also use selection based on school performance, entrance exam or other aptitude test.
Please note that if you intend to study Mathematics, Natural sciences or university courses related to Technology and Engineering in Germany, you are advised to complete Mathematics AA HL and Natural science HL. Please check each university website.

DSD II (offered in Ressun lukio national side) or Deutsche Sprachprüfung für den Hochschulzugang ausländischer Studienbewerber, DSH
If you are interested in stydying in germant in Englisg, make sure the Bachelor's you are interested in is completely n english. Some programs start in German, but continue in English after the first year.
