Google Meet Legacy calling history and messages

Users of Google Meet legacy calling (Duo) will lose access to their data if they don’t export prior to this service being discontinued. To prevent users from losing access to their Google Meet legacy calling history and messages, they need to export messages & Legacy (Duo) call history data before September 30, 2025.

Chromebook Printing

As a result of a Google/Chrome update, Chromebooks that have reached their Auto Update Expiration (AUE) date are no longer able to print. Chromebooks that are no longer able to print are all Acer Chromebooks, and the DELL 3180 and 3120 Chromebooks. Chromebooks that can print, include DELL 3100, 3110 and 3400. Elementary schools will be most heavily impacted by this change as printing is not enabled in most cases at secondary schools. Although the method of printing has not changed, this How To doc provides clear steps as to how to print from a Chromebook that has not reached the AUE date.

Students Personal Use of deltalearns Google

Beginning October 3, 2023, students will no longer be able to use the "sign in with Google" method for apps and websites using their deltalearns.ca Google Account.
