2026 Elementary Teacher Laptop Replacement Project

We are pleased to announce that a laptop replacement project for all elementary teachers is scheduled to begin following Spring Break. As our current devices reach their end-of-life, this update ensures you have the reliable technology needed for your Classroom.

Who is eligible? This program applies to all enrolling and non-enrolling teachers/staff with continuing or term specific contracts.

Your Choice of Device Please select one of the following two options via the form linked below:

• MacBook Air (2025): M4 processor, 16GB Memory, 256GB Storage.

• PC Laptop: Lenovo ThinkPad 2-1 16GB Memory, 256GB Storage

• Data Transfer: For this cycle, teachers will be responsible for transferring their own data. Due to technical changes and IT capacity, we ask that you back up your files to OneDrive or an external drive. A detailed "how-to" guide and accompany videos have been provided on the "How to Page" .

• Teachers on Leaves of Absence: Staff currently on leave do not need to complete the form now; a device will be provided upon your return.

• Finality of Choice: The device selected cannot be exchanged once the order is placed.

• Device Retirement: To maintain a secure and sustainable fleet, all old devices must be returned; there is no option to purchase or keep your current laptop.
